  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • Optional: ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, seasoning with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange naan bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce on each naan. If using mozzarella, sprinkle it over the sauce.
  4. Top with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and feta cheese.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are crispy and cheese (if added) is melted.
