Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
  • Optional: sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in crumbled turkey bacon and shredded cheese. Let cool slightly.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Separate the biscuit dough into rounds and flatten each slightly. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each round. Fold dough around filling and pinch to seal.
  3. Arrange sealed bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
