  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ⅔ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • Vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a deep dish pie plate.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries, orange juice, granulated sugar, and flour; mix until strawberries are coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Pour melted butter over the mixture and stir until crumbly.
  4. Layer the strawberry mixture in the greased pie plate and top evenly with the oat mixture.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with vanilla ice cream.
