  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown sliced kielbasa for about 4-5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in the same pot for 30 seconds.
  3. Add pasta, chicken broth, milk, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until pasta is tender.
