  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 32 ounces meaty spaghetti sauce
  • 4 ounces pepperoni
  • Optional: bell peppers, onions, mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine drained zucchini, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic, and Italian seasoning until mixed well.
