  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  2. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
  4. On the preheated grill, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Toss the cooked noodles onto the grill and pour the sauce over them, mixing well for even coating. Sauté for a few minutes until heated through.
