2 tablespoons olive oil
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup light cream or heavy cream
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Optional: 1 cup chopped spinach
Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Reduce heat, add minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté briefly. Stir in the cream gradually, then add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese until combined.
Add spinach if desired, simmer until wilted. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over it. Simmer for an additional minute before serving.
