Churro Cheesecake is the ultimate dessert that delights with its fusion of crispy churros and creamy cheesecake.

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and ½ cup sugar; set aside half for topping.
  3. Unroll one package of crescent dough into the dish, pressing seams together.
  4. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth; add egg and vanilla.
  5. Spread the cheesecake filling over the dough, then top with the second package of dough.
  6. Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.
  7. Bake for about 28 minutes or until golden brown; cool before slicing.
