- 4 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate
- 4 cups Rice or Corn Chex Cereal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup BUTTERFINGER® Peanut Butter Cup Minis
- 6 BUTTERFINGER® Fun-Size Bars (chopped)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Warm peanut butter in the microwave until liquidy.
- Chop the BUTTERFINGER® bars into small pieces.
- Combine 2 cups of Chex cereal with melted chocolate and half of the chopped candy. Stir gently to coat.
- Mix the remaining Chex cereal with warm peanut butter and fold in the rest of the candy.
