  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken (rotisserie or poached)
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro, green onion)

Instructions

  1. Toast the almonds and sesame seeds in a small skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden. Set aside.
